Hi there,

We would like to inform you about an important change regarding the upcoming major systems upgrade that we previously scheduled for Monday, August 21st.

Upgrade Date & Time: Monday, August 21st, 5:00 AM EDT
Or the following timezone conversions:
AEST: August 21st, 7PM
UTC: August 21st, 9AM
PDT: August 21st, 2AM
CET: August 21st, 11AM
The upgrade process will take a maximum of 3 hours but is likely to be completed earlier.

Temporary Impact:
As a reminder, during the system upgrade, Rezdy will be temporarily unavailable for up to 3 hours. This will impact various functions, including logging in, creating manual bookings, receiving bookings through different channels, and more. Guests attempting to book your tours and activities will be informed of the upgrade and will be instructed to return once it's completed.

Furthermore, please note that the accuracy of your reports will be temporarily affected over the next 48 hours as data synchronizes with our new data warehouse.

This means that:
Data prior to 7pm Monday AEST will be available once the upgrade has been completed
Data after 7pm Monday AEST will be available after 48 hours.



We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change might cause and greatly appreciate your understanding as we work towards enhancing the security and stability of our systems.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Marketplace (Marketplace search, Marketplace checkout, Booking form and widgets), APIs (Rezdy API, Rezdy Connect, Webhooks), Payment Gateways (RezdyPay v2, Secure Payments (Stripe Connect)), Rezdy mobile numbers (SMS number), Booking software (Booking Software, Booking form and widgets), and Rezdy App Login, Analytics & Reporting.
